A lawyer will call you back as soon as possible to gather any additional information we may need for your advice. After that, a lawyer will call you to discuss your legal case. The Student Rights Service (formerly the Parent Legal Information Line) is a free national telephone service for parents and students seeking information and support on topics for children and youth at school. SRS provides parents, guardians and students with information and support on a variety of topics affecting children, young people and the school system: Education Rights Registration fees/zoning School Rules and Discipline Uniforms Absenteeism Bullying Students with disabilities Criminal cases at school Stops/suspensions/exclusions/exclusions Privacy Policy File a complaint Call 0800 499 488 and leave a message on the answering machine. A volunteer will call you back to discuss issues at school and: Provide legal information about the rights and responsibilities of students and parents Explore ways to resolve disputes Help by contacting the school on behalf of parents or students Connect students and parents with their local advocacy services This free telephone counselling service is for prisoners in Rimutaka and members of their family. This phone number is usually answered by a staff member, but if you receive an answering machine, please leave a clear message with your name, device number and suggestions for good times to call you. We can help prisoners solve the legal problems you left at the door.
For example, we can provide you with family law advice or help you with your rent or debt dispute. Family members of Rimutaka prisoners can also call this number if they need help understanding prison law and their son or prison partner`s options.
