The introduction of life insurance with Legal & General America was generally slow, but the miserable part was the payment. Their payment gateway repeatedly declines my payment after adding a pending debit to my credit card. By reducing several annual life insurance fees on my card (thousands each), my credit card was effectively suspended until the outstanding fees were released weeks later. The only response from customer service is, „Talk to your agent,“ who in turn tells me, „They say they don`t have a payment history.“ I think it`s mainly a technical issue in their interaction with Docusign, but it`s still pretty terrible. Iv only had problems with this company I retired early because of health cancer ILL they messed up my p45 had to send a new one then they lost he had to keep ringing and go nowhere now got my p45 but was so stressful the complaints team is lying to call me about compensation but 8 weeks later and nothing keeps ringing and being told, that they will be in touch in the next few days, but nothing, it`s so annoying that I don`t need this, it`s a very bad company I have a company pension and I don`t have a lot of money in it. I had 27k in it in 2019 and now I have 21k. I lost 6k in 3 years. I lost 2k there in just 3 weeks (August 2022 to September 2022) I filled out the form and returned it to them online because I want to exchange everything. Not yet a word from them and still losing money quickly. (I just lost another £500 in 1 day and I can`t do anything about it and I`m almost 64.
I will probably have an Oh, sorry to hear about your experience, can you please contact us via email etc. Well, I`ve done all that and I`m still losing money at a rate of knots. Shocking update. I just received an answer from Legal & General and it`s the same as all the other answers from them on the L&G questions. My answer is, I`ve already emailed them and still nothing. Updated 11/10/2022 and I`m still waiting to settle everything and dropped an extra £1000 on my pension. Legal and General give me the race, and not for the first time. When I turned sixty-six in March, I should have received my entire company pension in the form of capital (minus taxes).
However, I heard nothing from them. I filed a complaint, but a week after I didn`t get a response, I called them. I will email you the appropriate form, but nothing happened. So I called her back. Sorry, this would have been the wrong form if it had been sent; We send the correct form by mail, which can apparently take up to nine days. Meanwhile, in two days, I noticed that my pension fund had lost over £70 and could lose even more, while L&G made excuses! For a company the size of L&G, customer service is truly terrible. I would find it difficult to recommend them to someone Good pension and sick pay. Flexible working. Relevant exams supported My wife has less than 6 months to live, I contacted her on December 16th and asked her for an application form, I had to chase her away 5 days later so they could email me the form. I emailed me the form. I received an email from them yesterday, January 4, asking for information, and I will get back to you immediately.
I called them this morning, January 5, to see if they had received the email only to find out that they had done so, but it would take another 17 business days to be seen, and every time a letter or email is sent, the 17 business days start again. My wife and I are very stressed and by the time this claim is legal and common, my wife will likely be dead. Claim mc-28468 I contacted her twice about the transfer of my pension, I had to call her on the third attempt. I had spoken to someone who told me they would send me a letter to confirm the transfer process. and I received a form. I had already sent the transfer forms for my business, which is the public sector, so refuse to fill out another sentence. I contacted them about it. I made my first request in July, which has still not been met. Their processes are a hoax compared to Now:Pensions.
I sent the same transfer request to Now:pensions on the same day, which was processed within 3-4 days and received confirmation that this had happened. I am still waiting for my pension to be paid by the statutory and general. I had the FSAVC pension with Legal and General before transferring it to Hargreaves Lansdown in March 2014. Although my pension increased in value while I was in the Legal and Corporate Service, the only limited information I had about the benefit was the annual statement mailed out. In addition, the allegations were unclear. In contrast, my pension is now held as a SIPP at Hargreaves Lansdown, where I have full flexibility in terms of reviewing investment performance, investment transactions, etc.
