The warning reminds them that they are using a channel to broadcast „only legal content“ and warns that Roku can remove channels containing illegal material „without notice.“ However, cybercriminals use the private channel feature of the Roku operating system to illegally access online streams. The 11th Collegiate Court of Mexico City overturned the decision in October 2018, and Roku returned to the Mexican market shortly thereafter; Televisa`s streaming service, Blim TV, would also launch on the platform.
